Varanasi, February 06 (ANI): Varanasi, situated on the banks of the river Ganga, is famous for its Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb -- a culture of harmony between different faiths - that is upheld by the people of different faiths residing here. This Madrassa, run under the Momin Ansar Wefare society, is a perfect example of this ethos. Here, Muslim girls are taught not just Islamic religious texts but Hindu scriptures as well, conveying the idea of syncretism and composite culture of the city.
